Marker 3 mm, Daco, black

This black Daco permanent marker with a 3 mm tip writes bold and clear on cardboard, film and sacks, so a label reads from a few metres away. Write the room and the contents on two sides of each box, not just the top, since the top is hidden once boxes are stacked. Add “Fragile” and an up arrow on anything that can break.

What to write on a box:

• The room it goes to: “Kitchen”, “Bedroom”
• A short note of what's inside
• “Fragile” and an up arrow for glass and crockery
• A box number, so you can check they all arrived
